A snowy, colder region in the Eldlands, formerly ruled by Camelia. At its centre is the Dreaming Grotto, a place where dreams and reality meld together, and made off-limits by the rest of the Immortals.
Along the edges, small settlements exist, usually undernourished and frostbitten. Still, they live, and are happy to help those in need with what little they have.
