Behal’s Network, a web of thin, rippling strands of mercury that travel just beneath the earth, reaches far across the relatively small area of the Senessan kingdom, even into the towns and cities on its borders. For this reason, people tend to avoid stepping foot in there without good reason - there are rumours that the Network reports back to Behal through the eyes of Senessa’s citizens.
